As you've probably noticed by now, we've inserted some images into our webpages. You also may want to give it a shot. So here's how to do it.

 

You'll need to login in first and then come back to this page. Once you are logged in, follow these instructions.

 

1. click on the [pencil] icon above to get to the editor.

2. if you've clicked the pencil icon, right now you should be in the Admin panel looking at the instructions in the editor.

3. Now comes the fun part. You need to decide where you're going to put your beautiful image.

The editor will place the image where you last clicked your cursor.

 

4.So for this example, click your cursor at the end of this line.

 

If you did it correctly, there should be a flashing vertical line after line.

 

5. Now, click on the image icon in the editor menu, it looks like this .

 

6. When you click on the image icon, the image menu will pop up. Select an image from the list on the left and click on the [next] button.

 

7. After you click [next] you get a new screen. This is the "Image Properties" screen. On this screen you can add margins to the image so the text doesn't run right up against the image. You can also change how the text aligns itself with the image. Lets try it.

 

8. Look for the 'text flow' drop down menu. Choose left. Notice the preview of how the text will wrap around the image with all the differnet positions.

 

9. click the [ok] button.

 

You should now have an image on the left hand side of the page with the words to the right of it.

 

8. Click [submit] at the bottom of the editor to update the page.
